Text Box: The 2007 Bob Deakin Foundation Charity Golf Classic To benefit Hospice Saturday, June 9, 2007 Sign In/Registration begins at 11:00 am Crooked Creek Golf Club 4621 Shady Greens Drive Fuquay-Varina, NC (919) 557-7529  Come join us for a fabulous day of golf & fun at beautiful Crooked Creek Golf Club for the 2007 Bob Deakin Foundation Charity Golf Classic! 100% of the net proceeds will benefit The Carolinas Center for Hospice and End of Life Care, the statewide agency for hospices in both North & South Carolina.  Donations to the Center help fund programs and services for all affiliated hospice organizations across both states. Entry fee includes green and cart fee, range balls, and separate putting and chipping greens.  Range is available one hour prior to tee time with tee times beginning around 12:30 p.m.  Lunch, beverages and hospitality after the tournament will be provided. Soft spikes in golf shoes and shirts with collars are required. Format:  Four-man superball. Prizes for 1st & 2nd Place, Highest Score, Longest Drive, and Closest to the Pin.!
